摘要
目的研究分析重症急性胰腺炎患者实行大柴胡汤加减联合西药治疗的临床效果及对各炎性因子水平影响。方法选取2018年4月至2020年2月山东大学历城区中医医院收治的112例重症急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,依据治疗方式的不同分组,即对照组(56例)与观察组(56例),前者予以西药治疗,后者在前者基础上联合大柴胡汤加减治疗,观察并分析患者治疗的临床效果。结果疗效对比,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(96.43%>83.93%)(P<0.05)。各临床指标比较,观察组同对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平同对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各细胞因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取大柴胡汤加减联合西药治疗疗效确切,有效缩短住院时间,改善炎性因子水平,临床价值高。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Dachaihu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 112 severe acute pancreatitis patients who were admitted to Licheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into different groups according to the treatment modality,that is,control group(n=56)versus observation group(n=56).The former was treated with western medicine,and the latter was treated with Dachaihu Decoction on the basis of the former.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.43%>83.93%)(P<0.05).Comparing the clinical indicators,there was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were the same as those in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the factor level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dachaihu Decoction combined with western medicine has definite curative effect,can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,improve the level of inflammatory factors,and has high clinical value.
