2型糖尿病肠道菌群的研究新进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会的发展,2型糖尿病发病率逐年上升。众多学者发现2型糖尿病的发生、发展与肠道菌群有密切关系。有相关调查显示,现代医学在临床治疗中针对肠道菌群的治疗对于2型糖尿病患者的恢复有着重要的作用,同时传统医学基于中医的辨证论治结合中药具有多成分、多靶点及双相调节的作用,在2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群研究方面取得一些进展。本文综述了现代医学和传统医学在对肠道菌群失调认识及改善肠道菌群作用等方面进展情况。 With the development of society,the incidence of type 2 diabetes is increasing year by year.Many scholars have found that the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes is closely related to intestinal flora.The investigation indicated that the clinical treatment on intestinal flora plays an important role in the recovery of type 2 diabetes.Based on the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the multi-component,multi-target and biphasic regulation of traditional Chinese medicine,scholars of traditional Chinese medicine have made some progress in the study of intestinal flora in patients with type 2 diabetes.Now,the understanding of intestinal flora imbalance and the role of improving intestinal flora in traditional Chinese medicine are summarized as follows.
