摘要
黄精属百合科多年草本植物,是一种药食同源植物,化学成分包括多糖、甾体皂苷、木脂素、氨基酸等,在抗衰老、调节免疫力、抗肿瘤及抗菌、抗心脑血管疾病方面均有较好的疗效,临床应用较为成熟,常用于治疗冠心病、高脂血症等。食品应用发展较为缓慢,仍需进一步研究开发。
Polygonatum sibiricum,a perennial herb of Liliaceae,is a kind of medicine and food homologous plant.Its chemical components include polysaccharides,steroidal saponins,lignans,amino acids,etc.It has good efficacy in anti-aging,immunity regulation,anti-tumor and anti-bacterial,anti-cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and its clinical application is mature.It is often used to treat coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.The development of food application is slow,and further research and development are still needed.
