摘要
采用燃烧法制备了一系列Ca3Sr3(VO4)4:Dy^3+荧光粉,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱(PL)对样品进行了分析。结果表明,Ca3Sr3(VO4)4:Dy^3+的最佳合成温度为900℃,掺杂Mg^2+能显著增强Ca3Sr3(VO4)4:Dy^3+荧光粉的发光性能。
A series of Ca3Sr3(VO4)4:Dy^3+phosphors were prepared by combustion method.The samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and fluorescence spectrum(PL).The results show that the optimal synthesis temperature of Ca3Sr3(VO4)4:Dy^3+is 900℃,and doping with Mg^2+can significantly enhance the luminescence performance of Ca3Sr3(VO4)4:Dy^3+phosphor.
