摘要
本文提出了"仿真实验-装置实验-远程实验"的"三位一体"的教学思想。介绍了化工原理实验教学装置的具体设计及其先进性以及"实验-监控"控制软件和"基于装置数据的仿真实验"软件的功能和用途。在实际教学中,学生通过实验验证了化工原理的理论知识,增强了工程观念,培养了"先进动手能力"、自主设计能力以及远程分析、解决工程问题的能力。开放式、自主式的教学模式将有效提高学生的自主自学和实践动手能力。
This paper presented the"trinity"teaching idea of"simulation experiment-device experiment-remote experiment",introduced the specific design and advancement of the experimental teaching equipment of chemical engineering principle,as well as the functions and uses of the control software of"experiment-monitoring"and the software of"simulation experiment based on device data".In the practical teaching,the students had verified the theoretical knowledge of chemical engineering principles through experiments,enhanced the concept of engineering,cultivated abilities of advanced operation,independent design,remote analysis and solution of engineering problems.The open and independent teaching mode will effectively improve students’self-study and practical ability.
