摘要
研究了聚丙烯熔喷中2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-叔丁基过氧己烷过氧化物残留量的气相色谱分析方法。气相色谱面积归一化法测定表明,过氧化物在5.5~205mg/kg内具有较好线性关系,线性相关系数0.9999,方法检出限10mg/kg,加标回收率91.4%~100.7%,RSD值0.21%~4.36%。
A method for the determination of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-tert-butylperoxyhexane peroxide in polypropylene melt blown was studied.The results showed that the linear range of peroxide was 5.5~205 mg/kg,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the detection limit was 10 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 91.4%~100.7%,RSD was 0.21%~4.36%.
