摘要
茯苓对胃肠道疾病的治疗作用主要体现在:调节胃肠、抗肠道炎症、调节肠道微生态、抗肠道肿瘤、消除胃肠道水肿等方面。除上述作用外,茯苓提取物可通过调节自噬作用改善肝脏脂肪变性,进而改善胰岛素水平,对消化功能产生影响;茯苓有效成分也可起到改善胃肠屏障功能、抗氧化应激等作用。茯苓在古籍中有诸多记载,组方灵活,疗效确切,但对于茯苓复方制剂及配伍组方现代应用的研究仍有欠缺,有待进一步深入发掘。
The therapeutic effect of Fuling(Poria)on gastrointestinal diseases is mainly reflected in the following aspects:regulating gastrointestinal gastrointestinal function,resisting intestinal inflammation,regulating intestinal microecology,resisting intestinal tumor,eliminating gastrointestinal edema and so on.In addition,Fuling extract can improve liver steatosis by regulating autophagy,and then improve insulin level,which has an impact on digestive function.The active ingredients of Fuling can also improve gastrointestinal barrier function and antioxidant stress,etc.There are many records of Fuling in ancient books.The formula formation is flexible and the curative effect is exact.However,the modern application of Fuling compound formulas and compatibility is still insufficient,which needs further exploration in the future.
