摘要
通过对《外台秘要方》中荨麻疹疾病命名、病因病机、发病特点及症状、治疗及调护预防等进行归纳整理、分析探讨,认为《外台秘要方》对荨麻疹的认识具有初步的理论体系,是唐代以前中医学对该病理论和临床实践的一次系统总结,对现今本病的诊疗、科研思路有所裨益。
By summarizing and analyzing the nomenclature,etiology and pathogenesis,characteristics and symptoms,treatment, nursing care and prevention of urticaria in Waitai Miyao Fang, the authors believe that its understanding of urticaria has a preliminary theoretical system and is a systematic summary on the theory and clinical practice of the disease in Chinese medicine before Tang Dynasty,which is helpful for the present diagnosis and treatment as well as research thinking of the disease.
