摘要
核桃烘干是核桃生产过程中的重要环节,核桃烘干后的质量直接影响核桃的销售价格和销量。随着人民生活水平的提高及市场环境的变化,人们对核桃烘干质量提出了更高的要求。核桃烘干机的控制系统、加热装置、内部结构等方面随着技术的革新不断优化,烘干水平也随市场需求的变化而改进。为此,对核桃烘干技术的研究现状进行了综述,并指出了未来的发展方向,旨在从提高核桃的质量、增大市场竞争力及保障食品安全等方面进一步推动核桃烘干技术的发展,满足社会需求。
Walnut drying is an important link in the production process of walnuts.The quality of dried walnuts will affect the sales price and sales volume of walnuts.Technology promotes the development of society.With the advancement of human civilization,the improvement of material living standards,and changes in the market environment,people have put forward higher requirements for the quality of walnuts.The control system,heating device,internal structure and other aspects of the walnut dryer are continuously optimized with technological innovation.This paper summarizes the application and research status of walnut drying technology,and puts forwardthe future development direction,which promotes the development of walnut drying technology to meet the social needs from improving the quality of walnut,increasing the market competitiveness,and ensuring food safety.
