摘要
目的:探讨中医针刺联合西医常规治疗急性肠胃炎腹痛的止痛效果。方法:对62例确诊为急性肠胃炎并因腹痛就诊的患者随机分组,对照组予西医常规治疗(左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液、奥美拉唑胶囊),实验组在西医常规治疗基础上联合针刺(30 min/次),两组治疗后用可视化视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行腹痛症状评估。结果:两组治疗前后相比,VAS评分均呈下降趋势;实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),优于对照组。结论:中医针刺对急性肠胃炎腹痛具有显著的治疗作用,并有良好的止痛效果。
Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupuncture combined with routine western medicine on patients with acute gastroenteritis with abdominal pain.Methods:62 patients with acute gastroenteritis with abdominal pain were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of routine western medicine(30 minutes per time).The symptoms of abdominal pain were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend before and after treatment,and the experimental group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05),and better than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on acute gastroenteritis with abdominal pain,and has a good analgesic effect.
