摘要 过程模拟在传统的化工生产领域已应用的较为成熟,成为了化工行业改进工艺、优化设计、调整配方的常用手段。通过过程模拟,建立动力学、热力学模型,可以精确的推演出化工介质原料在管线中的运动分布、流体形态。消防供水的装备器材与化工装置具有共通性,切换应用场景,就能将过程模拟适用于消防供水领域。 Process simulation has been applied in the traditional chemical production field, which has become a common means to improve the process, optimize the design, adjust the formula in the chemical industry. Through the process simulation, the dynamic and thermodynamic models can be established to accurately deduce the distribution of the chemical medium raw materials in the pipeline movement and fluid form. The equipment and equipment of fire water supply have the commonness with chemical plant, switching application scene, the process simulation can be applied to the fire water supply field.
