摘要
本研究选取位于我国寒冷地区的西安市某研究院办公楼作为研究对象,对其过渡季(秋季)开窗行为进行实测研究。经统计分析发现,在工作日期间开、关窗时长分别为670 h和1 365 h,各占总时长的比值为33%、67%;并且在"工作"、"午休"、"离开"3个时间段内的关窗频率高于开窗频率,表明窗户状态并非在开启后会持续至"离开"办公室时才关闭。基于室内外环境参数建立二元逻辑回归开窗模型,结果表明室外温度对开窗行为没有显著性影响。利用"Z-score"法将原始变量进行标准化后,对比回归结果发现,室内PM2.5浓度与开窗行为紧密相关,室内温度次之,其优势比(Odds Ratio,OR)值分别为7.181和2.442。本研究通过实测获取了窗户状态、室内空气品质以及热湿环境现状,分析了开窗行为特征及其影响因素并建立了开窗行为模型,有利于正确引导室内人员开关窗,从而营造舒适健康的办公环境,对未来的办公建筑能耗模拟具有一定的参考意义。
This study presents the results of a field study of manual control of windows in a season of transition( autumn).The study was carried out in 5 typical individual offices within a research institute’s building in Xi’an,a city located in the cold region of China.In total,windows were open and closed for 670 and 1 365 hours respectively during the working days in a season of transition( autumn).The opening duration and closing duration accounted for 33% and 67% of the total duration.Moreover,the results showed that windows were closed more frequently than they were opened during the "working","lunch break"and "departure"periods;once a window was opened at "arrival",it wouldn’t be left in its position for a long duration until the "departure".The binary logistic model was constructed based on the internal and external parameters.The results indicated that external temperature has no significant impact on the windows’ state.After the original variables were standardized using the "Z-score"method,the regression results indicated that occupants’ behavior had the strongest correlation with window-opening behavior and concentration of indoor PM2.5,followed by indoor temperature.The odds ratio( OR)of window-opening behavior and concentration of indoor PM2.5 was 7.181 and 2.442 respectively.
