摘要
银屑病关节炎(PsA)发病机制非常复杂,其关节病变与其他组织病变之间的关系知之甚少。本文从基因-环境相互作用、血管生成、固有免疫、适应性免疫、滑膜成纤维细胞等方面在PSA发病机制中的研究进展进行了综述。
The pathogenesis of psoriatic arthritis is very complex,and little is known about the relationship between joint lesions and other tissue lesions.This article reviews the research progress in the pathogenesis of PSA from the aspects of gene-environment interaction,angiogenesis,innate immunity,adaptive immunity and synovial fibroblasts.
