摘要
一流的教学创新团队对于高水平专业群建设起着决定性作用。蚁群模型理论和集体效率理论对职业院校教学创新团队构建和治理具有很强的借鉴意义。蚁群模型理论是资源共享、和谐共生、互利共赢集群式发展的典型代表,与教学创新团队具有内在逻辑一致性。集体效率理论认为集群的目的是实现效益最大化,教学创新团队作为集群式组织形式,实现集体效率最大化是团队治理的首要目的。本文基于蚁群模型理论和集体效率理论提出高职院校教学创新团队构建路径和治理思路。
The first-class teaching innovation team plays a decisive role in the construction of high-level major groups.Through research,it is found that the ant colony model theory and collective efficiency theory have a strong reference value for the construction and governance of teaching innovation teams in vocational colleges.The ant colony is a typical representative of resource sharing,harmonious coexistence,mutual benefit and win-win cluster development,and it has internal logical consistency with the teaching innovation team.Collective efficiency theory believes that the purpose of clusters is to maximize benefits.As a form of cluster organization,teaching innovation team maximizes collective efficiency is the primary purpose of team governance.Therefore,based on the ant colony model theory and the collective efficiency theory,this article puts forward the practical path for the construction and effective governance ideas of teaching innovation teams in higher vocational colleges.
