摘要
分子生物学检验是医学类高职院校培养检验技术人才不可或缺的一门课程。分子生物学检验实验课面临的问题主要集中在分子生物学检验实验室建设不足、实验用品准备不规范及实训项目较老旧三个方面。为此,要加强师资队伍建设,增加多媒体教学,完善实验课项目,提高学生的重视度,改革成绩评定方法,以促进学生能力的全面发展。
Molecular Biology Test is an indispensable course for cultivating technical personnel in medical higher vocational colleges.The problems of molecular biology experimental lessons are mainly manifested in the following three aspects:insufficient construction of molecular biology laboratory,nonstandard preparation of experimental supplies and older training items.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,increase multimedia teaching,improve experimental course projects,improve students'attention degree,and reform the performance evaluation method,in order to promote the all-round development of students'ability.
