聚偏氟乙烯/咪唑盐改性蒙脱土复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation and Properties of Polyvinylidene Fluoride/Montmorillonite Modified by Imidazolium Salt Composites

摘要 利用咪唑盐改性剂对蒙脱土进行有机化改性,通过熔融插层法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/有机蒙脱土复合材料,并利用扫描电镜(SEM),傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和万能强力机等对复合材料的形态结构、晶型和性能等进行研究。结果表明,有机蒙脱土在PVDF基体中均匀分散,未出现明显团聚现象,PVDF/有机蒙脱土复合体系可形成剥离型和插层型结构;有机蒙脱土的添加可诱导PVDF基体中的α相晶型转变为γ相晶型,并起到异相成核剂的作用促进PVDF结晶提高结晶度;但有机蒙脱土的添加降低了PVDF的拉伸性能,拉伸强度和拉伸模量明显下降;添加有机蒙脱土可显著提高PVDF的热稳定性,有机蒙脱土质量分数1%时,初始分解温度(T 5%)提高了22.3℃,耐热指数温度(T HRI)提高了20.7℃。 Montmorillonite(MMT)was organically modified by imidazolium slat.The polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/organic MMT composites were manufactured by melt intercalation.The scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and universal strength machine were used to characterize the morphological structure,crystal structure and performance of the composites.The results indicate that organic MMT is uniformly dispersed in PVDF matrix without obvious agglomeration.The intercalated structure and exfoliated structure could be formed in PVDF/organic MMT composite system.The addition of organic MMT could induce the transformation of α phase to γ phase in PVDF matrix,and play the role of heterogeneous nucleating agents to promote the crystallization and increase the crystallinity.However,the tensile properties of PVDF exhibit declining trend,and the tensile strength and modulus obviously decrease.Moreover,the addition of organic MMT could significantly improve the thermal stability of PVDF.When the content of organic MMT is 1%,the initial decomposition temperature(T 5%)increases 22.3℃,and the heat resistance index temperature(T HRI)increases 20.7℃.
