华泾西和华泾北雨水排水系统提标改造规划方案 被引量:4

Upgrading and Reconstruction of Rainwater Drainage System of West Huajing and North Huajin

摘要 近年来,城市雨洪灾害时有发生,甚至威胁到人们的生命和财产安全。快速城市化导致上海市不透水率、降雨径流总量与峰值流量显著增加,峰现时间提前;与此同时,极端降水事件频率和强度增加及大部分城镇已建排水系统存在设计标准偏低、排水管道老化等问题,城市排水管网提标改造工作迫在眉睫。以华泾西、华泾北雨水排水系统为例,分析其暴雨积水的主要原因,通过多系统联合提标、复合系统重新拆分的方式,实现了5年一遇排水标准,并同步解决了初雨污染问题。 In recent years,urban storm water disasters occur frequently,which seriously threatens the life and property of people.Because of rapid urbanization,impervious rate,total rainfall runoff,peak flow of Shanghai has increased significantly and its flood peak generally occurs earlier.Meanwhile,owing that extreme precipitation event increases in frequency and intensity and most existing drainage systems has low design standard and ageing drainage pipe,upgrading and reconstruction of rainwater drainage system has been more urgent work.With the example of rainwater drainage system of west Huajing and north Huajin,main reasons of rainstorm waterlogging are analyzed.By federate-upgradation of multisystem and split compound system,higher design standards for rainwater drainage facilities have been proposed to be raised to 5 years,and initial rainwater pollution problem has been resolved synchronously.
