一体化低溶解氧生化处理工艺在猪场废水脱氮工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过构建猪场一体化低溶解氧生化处理工艺,制作了4 m^3/h的处理装置,并开展了连续8个月的现场试验,探讨了该工艺对猪场废水的脱氮效果及其运行成本。结果显示,该工艺系统操作简单、运行成本低,且总体上抗冲击能力强,对废水氨氮(NH3-N)和总氮(TN)同步降解效果明显,末端出水去除率分别达92.8%和93.2%,运行成本约4.26元/t。在猪场周边无农田或配套面积不足的情况下,该低成本高效脱氮工艺可满足猪场废水处理后作为灌溉水或达标排放的需求。 The integrated biochemical treatment process with low dissolved oxygen for piggery wastewater treatment is constructed.Process device is manufactured with capacity of 4 m3/h.Denitrification effect of piggery wastewater and its operation cost are studied through continuous field experiment for 8 months.Results show that the system is easy processed with low cost,displays a great resistance to shock,and the content of NH3-N and TN in piggery wastewater decreases significantly,the degradation rate of which is 92.8%and 93.2%respectively.Operating cost is about 4.26 yuan/ton.This low cost and high efficiency denitrification process could meet the requirements of irrigation water and the standard discharge requirements when piggery surrounding has no farmland or is shortage of farmland area.
