摘要
盐城站高铁站房屋盖由空间钢桁架结构组成,桁架主节点与支管间、下弦杆与支座连接采用铸钢节点,存在构造复杂、安装精度不好控制、焊接难度大等技术难题。对铸钢节点的深化设计、定位安装和焊接的关键技术进行了阐述。技术措施实施表明安装精度和焊接质量满足工程质量要求,为铸钢节点施工控制提供了技术保证。
The roof of the Yancheng Railway Station is composed of space steel truss structures,in which case cast steel joints are used to connect the main joints and branch tubes,and the lower chord and support of the truss,because of which there exist quite a few technical difficulties in the project that the composition of the roof is complicated in structure,it is difficult to control the installation accuracy,and the difficulty in welding is very great.Expounded in detail in the present paper the deepened design of cast steel nodes,the positioning installation and the key techniques of welding.The implementation of those techniques and measures shows that the installation precision and welding quality can meet the engineering requirements in quality,and the measures dealt with in the paper can ensure the construction control of cast steel joints.
