连续刚构桥超高墩边跨现浇段单悬臂施工反拉预压平衡配重施工技术 被引量:11

摘要 在深山、峡谷等地形高差大的地域,为满足桥梁的跨越能力、适应复杂的地形及降低工程造价,超高墩、大跨度连续刚构桥梁得到较为广泛运用。针对沙坡大桥大跨度、超高墩连续刚构桥边跨现浇单悬臂施工反拉预压平衡方案进行研究,从高空作业便捷性、设备物资投入量、工期及实施可行性等方面开展综合研究,最终采用了在承台顶面设置反张拉锚固点对挂篮实施反向张拉的方法完成边跨现浇段托架反拉进行预压平衡配重工作。详细介绍了托架设计与安装,反向张拉系统设计与实施技术。这些措施解决了超高墩边跨现浇段托架预压施工成本高、工期长、高空安全风险大等施工难题,具有很大的推广价值和应用前景。 In order to satisfy the spanning capability of bridges,adapt to the complex terrain and reduce the engineering costs,the long-span continuous rigid frame bridge with super-tall piers finds wider and wider applications in regions of high mountains and gorges.In view of the long-span Shapo Bridge with super-tall piers,studied in detail in this paper is the single cantilever cast-in-place preloading balancing scheme for the side span of a continuous rigid frame bridge with super-tall piers,upon the basis of which a comprehensive exploration is made into the convenience of high-altitude operations,the investment of equipment and materials involved,the time limit for construction and the feasibility of implementation.And finally,the method of providing back-tension anchor point at the top of the pile cap to pull back hanging baskets is used to finish the work of preloading and counterweight.The design and installation of the bracket and the design and implementation of the reverse tensioning system are also introduced in detail in the paper.These measures help solve the construction problems such as high cost,long construction duration,high risks of safety at high altitude and so on.
