摘要
高钾血症是危及慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者生命的常见电解质紊乱类型之一。近年来的研究结果表明,高钾血症在CKD患者特别是CKD G4、G5期患者中易反复发作,增加了患者严重心血管不良事件的发生风险和死亡风险。为此,本文针对高钾血症的发病、复发及其预后的相关研究进展进行综述。
Hyperkalemia is one of the most common electrolyte disorders that endanger the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Recent studies have shown that hyperkalemia is prone to recurrent attacks in CKD,especially in patients with CKD of stages G4 and G5,which can the incidence and mortality of patients with serious cardiovascular adverse events.This paper reviews the related research progress on the onset,recurrence and prognosis of hyperkalemia.
