摘要
基于AVL台架搭建柴油机性能测试系统,进行乙二醇(EGC)冷却液、无水丙二醇(PGC)冷却液的试验研究.结果表明:当台架冷却水箱循环温度设定为80℃时,柴油机使用PGC冷却液比使用EGC冷却液的出口温度有所降低,润滑油温度平均上升5℃左右;当台架冷却水箱循环温度设定为95℃时,使用PGC冷却液的出口温度和润滑油温度与使用EGC冷却液相持平;柴油机使用PGC冷却液比使用EGC冷却液的NOx排放略微升高,对于烟度、CO和HC排放都有不同程度的降低.最后通过试验得出,在台架冷却水箱循环温度设定为95℃时,柴油机使用PGC冷却液比使用EGC冷却液的燃油消耗量降低了3.11%.
The effects of ethylene glycol coolant(EGC)and anhydrous propylene glycol coolant(PGC)on coolant outlet temperature,lubricant temperature,exhaust emissions and fuel consumption were investigated on a diesel engine test bench based on AVL measurement system.The results show that,when the circulating temperature in the cooling tank is 80℃,PGC coolant gives lower coolant outlet temperature than the EGC coolant and the lubricating oil temperature rises by 5℃.When the circulating temperature in the cooling tank is 95℃,the PGC coolant presents almost the same coolant outlet temperature and the lubricating oil temperature as the EGC coolant.Furthermore,the PGC coolant gives slightly higher NOx emissions than the EGC coolant,but soot,CO and HC emissions are reduced.The fuel consumption of the PGC coolant is reduced by 3.11%compared with the EGC coolant when the circulating temperature in the cooling tank is 95℃.
