摘要
天津平安泰达金融中心办公楼超高层核心筒采用液压钢爬模体系,整体施工方法为"外爬内支",并设计相应的钢模板、铝模板及木模板配合施工。非标准层模板在标准层模板的基础上设计拼接木模板,极大地改善了多种模板体系之间的相互配合施工。同时,在施工过程中解决了爬模与布料机、爬模系统与塔式起重机结合施工的技术难题,应用了模架体系监测系统,实现了塔楼结构水平、竖向同步施工,确保了超高层建筑核心筒结构施工进度和安全,而且减少成本支出,取得了良好效果。
The super tall core tube of Tianjin Ping’an TEDA Financial Center office building adopts hydraulic steel climbing formwork system,and the overall construction method is "external climbing and internal supporting ".The corresponding steel formwork,aluminum formwork and wood formwork are designed for construction.Non standard layer formwork is designed based on the standard layer formwork,which greatly improves the mutual cooperation between various formwork systems.At the same time,the technical problems of the combination of climbing formwork and spreader,climbing formwork system and tower crane are solved in the construction process.The monitoring system of formwork system is applied to realize the horizontal and vertical synchronous construction of the tower structure,which ensures the construction progress and safety of the core tube structure of super tall buildings,reduces the cost and good results are achieved.
