摘要
由于在绿色矿山建设规划方案编制方面仍存在局限性和不合理性,为此提出绿色矿山建设规划方案的思考与探讨。首先分析了绿色矿山建设规划的必然性分析,然后在此基础上对绿色矿山建设规划方案的编制方面提出了一些相关的建议与意见,强调了建设主体定位、绿色矿山建设标准以及因地制宜性,以期提高绿色矿山建设规划方案的编制水平。
Due to the limitations and irrationality in the planning of green mine construction,this paper puts forward the thinking and discussion of the green mine construction planning scheme.This paper first analyzes the necessity of green mine construction planning,and then puts forward some relevant suggestions and opinions on the compilation of green mine construction planning scheme,and emphasizes the orientation of construction subject,construction standard of green mine and adaptability to local conditions,so as to improve the compilation level of green mine construction planning scheme.
