木薯叶抗氧化能力与总黄酮含量及其关系研究 被引量:16

Study on the Relationship between Antioxidant Capacity and Total Flavonoids Contents of Cassava Leaves

摘要 该文测定9个木薯品种在120、180、240 d 3个植龄下叶片总黄酮的含量,并采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除能力和铁离子还原能力(ferric reducing antioxidant power,FRAP)法评价其抗氧化能力,同时探讨抗氧化能力与总黄酮含量的相关性。结果表明:随植龄增大,总黄酮含量趋于减小、品种间离散程度趋于增大,DPPH自由基清除能力与品种间离散程度均增大,FRAP抗氧化能力不受植龄影响,存在明显的基因型差异;各植龄下,品种SC12、SC13的总黄酮含量、DPPH自由基清除能力、FRAP抗氧化能力均处于最高水平;聚类分析将27个木薯叶片样品分成5大类群,并且只有在240 d植龄下,DPPH自由基清除能力、FRAP抗氧化能力与总黄酮含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。 In this study,based on the determination of the total flavonoids contents of cassava leaves of 9 cultivars at 120,180 d and 240 d cultivation time and the analysis of the antioxidant activities by using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP)assays.The correlation between antioxidant capacities and total flavonoids contents of cassavas were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of cultivation time,the total flavonoids contents of cassava leaves decreased,the dispersion between cultivars increased,and the scavenging ability of DPPH free radicals and the dispersion between cultivars also increased.The antioxidant abilities of FRAP were not affected by cultivation time,but displayed significant difference among different cultivars.Cassava SC12 and SC13 showed the highest levels of DPPH free radical scavenging ability,FRAP antioxidant capacity and total flavonoids contents among all the cultivars without the effects of cultivation time.The samples of 27 cassava leaves were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis and only at the cultivation time of 240 d,the total flavonoids contents were significantly positively correlated with the scavenging ability of DPPH free radicals and the antioxidant ability of FRAP(P<0.05).
