摘要
我国自实施公民逝世后器官捐献以来,肾移植数量稳步增长。但随着扩大标准供者供肾应用的增加,肾移植术后移植肾功能短期恢复及长期预后均面临着巨大挑战,供肾缺血再灌注损伤是影响术后移植肾功能及受者预后的重要因素之一。本文对近年来肾移植过程中供肾缺血再灌注损伤保护对策相关研究作一综述。
The number of kidney transplantation has steadily increased since the start of Chinese donation after citizen′s death.The usage of expanded criteria donor kidneys makes it a great challenge to get better outcome in short-term and long-term,and ischemia-reperfusion injury is a key point.In this article,we summarize the strategies to decrease the damage of ischemia-reperfusion injury during kidney transplantation.
