摘要
基于甘孜藏族自治州地域分布广泛,交通不便,基层医疗资源匮乏,基层医生业务水平较低的现状,四川大学华西医院甘孜医院·甘孜藏族自治州人民医院逐步进行院内及区域PACS系统的建设,将优质资源下沉,方便地处边远的农牧民群众看病就医。本文介绍了区域PACS系统建设架构及功能,并根据实际使用情况分析建设成效及经验,以期通过区域PACS系统的建设加强联盟医院业务联动,解决基层医院专科医生缺乏的问题,并提升医生影像判读水平,助推民族地区医疗发展。
Based on the wide geographical distribution of the Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,the inconvenient transportation,the lack of primary medical resources,and the low level of grassroots doctors,the Ganzi Hospital of West China Hospital of Sichuan University and the People's Hospital of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture are gradually building the PACS system in the hospital and regionally.It sinks,and it is convenient for farmers and herdsmen in remote areas to see a doctor.This article introduces the construction structure and functions of the regional PACS system,and analyzes the construction effectiveness and experience based on actual usage,with a view to strengthening alliance hospital business linkage through the construction of the regional PACS system,solving the problem of the lack of specialists in grassroots hospitals,and improving the level of doctors'image interpretation,to promote the development of medical care in ethnic areas.
