摘要
在微生物源农药活性天然产物的筛选过程中,得到1株除草真菌NBERC51984,为明确其除草活性物质基础,对其次生代谢产物进行研究。通过活性跟踪以及菌株大量发酵,经提取和制备高效液相色谱分离纯化得到2个化合物,并通过LC-MS以及NMR鉴定为Pseurotin A(1)和Bisdethiobis(methylthio)gliotoxin(2),除草活性测试表明,化合物1对反枝苋具有生长抑制作用。
In the search for pesticides of natural products from microbes,fungus NBERC_51984 with herbicidal activity was obtained.In order to clarify the active substance basis of fungus NBERC_51984,its secondary metabolites were studied.By activity tracking and large-scale fermentation,2 compounds were isolated and identified as Pseurotin A(1)and Bisdethiobis(methylthio)gliotoxin(2)by LC-MS and NMR.Pseurotin A was found to show herbicidal activity to Amaranthus retroflexus.
