摘要
目的:研究新型冠状病毒抗疫期间医务工作者防护相关性皮肤损害的护理。方法:2020年2月选取援鄂医疗队中出现防护相关性皮肤损害的医护人员60名,进行相关干预与自身对照试验。比较干预前后防护相关性皮肤损害的发生率。结果:干预后白痱、浸渍、糜烂和接触性皮炎发生率低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后Ⅰ期器械相关压力性损伤中,包括耳郭、额部及面颊在内的3处压力性损伤高发部位发生率均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在Ⅱ期压力性损伤患者中,耳郭及面颊部位在干预后器械相关压力性损伤发生率显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过本研究为广大临床抗疫一线医护提供建议,以减少相关性皮肤损害的发生,从而增加医护人员的工作舒适度,降低相关性皮肤损害的发生率。
Objective:To study the nursing of protection-related skin damage of medical workers during novel coronavirus's anti-epidemic period.Methods:In February 2020,60 medical staff from the medical aid team in Hubei who were currently suffered protection-related skin damage were selected to conduct related intervention and self-control experiments.The incidence of protection-related skin lesions was compared before and after.Wecompared the incidence of protection-related skin damage before and after intervention.Results:The incidences of leukoplakia,impregnation,erosion and contact dermatitis after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the incidence of pressure injuries at the three high-incidence sites including the auricle,forehead and cheeks was significantly reduced in stageⅠdevice-related pressure injuries,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In patients with stageⅡpressure injury,the incidence of device-related pressure injury in the auricle and cheek area decreased significantly after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through this study,we can provide suggestions for clinical anti-epidemic first-line health care,in order to reduce the occurrence of related skin damage.So as to increase the work comfort of medical staff and reduce the incidence of related skin damage.
