摘要
为进一步掌握斜沟乡牛羊布鲁氏杆菌病的流行现状,于2019年4月12—18日,对斜沟乡6个村,35户开展调查,调查结果现实143份血样中,90份羊血样用琥红平板凝集试验法检测均为阴性;43份牛血样中检出阳性2份,又进行试管凝集试验,2份阳性血清全部呈现凝集阳性反应。羊布鲁氏杆菌病的感染率为0,牛布鲁氏杆菌病的感染率为0.465%,需要进行有效的净化处理,防止进一步扩散蔓延。
In order to further grasp the status quo of bovine and sheep brucellosis epidemic in Xiegou township,from April 12 to 18,2019,in 6 villages in Oblique groove township,35 households carried out an investigation,the results of the investigation reality 143 blood samples,90 sheep blood samples tested negative with the honghunban tablet agglutination test method;Two of the 43 bovine blood samples were positive,and the tube agglutination test was conducted.All the two positive sera showed agglutination positive reaction.In this investigation,the infection rate of Brucellosis of sheep was 0,and that of Brucellosis of cattle was 0.465%.Therefore,effective purification treatment is needed to prevent further spread.
