可穿戴导盲器中自供电电源的关键技术研究

摘要 为了实现智能导盲鞋随时无线供电的目的,设计了一种自供电式电源。开发大功率压电振动能量采集器(Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvester,PVEH)驱动导盲鞋进行工作,采用由PVDF-TrFE压电薄膜制成的鞋垫传感器。PVEH可以在行走期间通过鞋底的冲击力操作无线模块和鞋垫传感器,并测试传输传感数据。自供电电源为导盲鞋系统提供了足够的能量,大大降低了功耗。该系统结构简单、性能稳定且操作容易,具有较高的性价比和广阔的市场前景。 In order to realize the wireless power supply of intelligent guide shoes at any time,a self-powered power supply is designed.Developed a high-power Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvester(PVEH)to drive the guide shoes for work.An insole sensor made of a PVDF-TrFE piezoelectric film is used.The PVEH can operate the wireless module and the insole sensor through the impact of the sole during walking and test the transmitted sensor data.The self-powered system provides enough energy for the guide shoe system,which greatly reduces power consumption.The system has simple structure,stable performance,easy operation,high cost performance and broad market prospect.
