基于突变量电流与暂态能量融合的配电网保护新方法 被引量:1

摘要 5G给电力物联网带来了新的发展机遇。作为一种全新的通信技术,5G拥有优秀的性能和更低的造价,赋予了差动保护新的生命。将差动保护运用于配电网,能够显著提高保护的可靠性和速动性,以适应越来越复杂的配电网结构。基于此,提出了一种基于突变量电流和暂态差动能量融合的配电网保护方法,并利用PSCAD/MATLAB验证了所提方法的可行性。通过判断滑动时间窗内连续采样点中符合判据的采样点个数,构成了保护动作的条件。所提方法能满足区内速动性与区外可靠性的要求,同时不受故障类型和过渡电阻等因素的影响。 The advent of the 5G era has brought new development opportunities to the electric Internet of Things.As a brand-new communication technology,it has excellent performance and lower cost than optical fiber,giving differential protection new life.Applying differential protection to the distribution network can significantly improve the reliability and quickness of the protection and adapt to the current increasingly complex distribution network structure.This paper presents a method based on the fusion of sudden change current differential and transient differential energy,and PSCAD/MATLAB is used to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.By judging the number of sampling points that meet the criterion among the consecutive sampling points in the sliding time window,the conditions for the protection action are formed.The proposed method can meet the requirements of intra-area quick-movement and extra-area reliability,and is not affected by factors such as fault type and transition resistance.
