Research on Industrial Dimension Measurement System Based on Stereo Vision Principle

摘要 针对目前金属工件尺寸检测主要依靠人工测量、机械式测量,检测困难且检测效率低等问题,研究了一种基于立体视觉原理的工业尺寸测量系统:采用先进的光学测量技术,以双目立体视觉光源、高性能工业计算机、左右摄像机、传感器机械连接部件等组成系统。实验结果表明,系统可对工件快速准确测量,较之传统机械式测量(三坐标检测仪)、激光三维扫描测量更快捷,更精确,使用与操作更方便。 In view of the current metal workpiece size detection mainly relying on manual measurement and mechanical measurement,detection is difficult and detection efficiency is low,an industrial size measurement system based on the principle of stereo vision is designed,and advanced optical measurement technology is used with binocular Stereo vision light source,high-performance industrial computer,support mechanism,operating table,flat-plate calibration target,mechanical connection parts and other components constitute the system. It is suitable for the topography scanning of metal workpieces with a size below 300 mm. The experimental results show that the system can quickly and accurately measure the workpiece,which is faster and more accurate than the traditional mechanical measurement(three-coordinate detector) and laser three-dimensional scanning measurement. It is more convenient to use and operate,more powerful,and the overall measurement accuracy reaches 0.115 mm/3 m.
