摘要
结合目前医药、烟草等流程行业主流的电气控制系统PLC和DCS的特点,在某公司电控系统改造项目中,提出了总体设计配置2套电气控制系统的设计思路,形成从传感器、执行器、控制器到上位机,自下而上的全集成自动化架构;经实际应用验证,其完全满足项目的技术要求,为企业节约了成本。
This paper combines the characteristics of the current electrical control systems PLC and DCS in the pharmaceutical,tobacco and other process industries.In a company's electrical control system transformation project,it proposes the overall design and configuration of two sets of electrical control system,forming a bottom-up fully integrated automation architecture including sensor,actuator and controller and host computer.Through the actual application verification,the design fully meets the technical requirements of the project,which can save costs for the enterprise.
