摘要
离心式压缩机是化工行业不可缺少的设备之一,获得广泛应用,尤其是现代石化企业生产中,在气体的压缩与输送中起着不可或缺的作用。例如在PDH丙烷脱氢制丙烯项目中,产品气体压缩机就是一台大型离心式压缩机。离心压缩机的使用经常会出现喘振的现象,难以保证离心压缩机的运行效果,需要认真做好离心式压缩机的防喘振控制。文章对离心压缩机的防喘振控制措施进行探讨。
Centrifugal compressor is one of the indispensable equipment in chemical industry,which has been widely used,especially in the production of modern petrochemical enterprises.It plays an indispensable role in gas compression and transportation.For example,in the PDH propane dehydrogenation to propylene project,the product gas compressor is a large centrifugal compressor.It is difficult to ensure the operation effect of centrifugal compressor because of the surge phenomenon often occurred in the use of centrifugal compressor.It is necessary to do a good job of anti surge control of centrifugal compressor.This paper discusses the anti surge control measures of centrifugal compressor.
