摘要
对于每个企业而言,工具是其生产环节中必不可少的物料,具有品种繁多、规格不一、数量庞大等特点,因此工具的使用管理会对生产效率造成直接影响。近几年来,我国民用航空业发展迅速、飞机种类和数量迅速增加,由于航空器系统庞大,因此在维护过程中借还工具、清点工具非常麻烦且占用时间。为此,开发了一种新型的智能工具管理系统柜,采用先进的视频识别技术与二维码标签结合,并基于计算机信息管理软件,对工具进行智能管理;同时,为了更好的适应复杂的航空以及其他恶劣环境,对该系统柜进行了参数化的结构分析。
For every enterprise,tools are essential materials in the production process,with a wide variety of specifications,a large number of characteristics,so the use of tools management will have a direct impact on production efficiency.In recent years,China's civil aviation industry has developed rapidly,and the types and number of aircraft have increased rapidly.Due to the huge aircraft system,it is very troublesome and time-consuming to borrow and return tools and count tools in the maintenance process.To this end,a new type of intelligent tool management system cabinet is developed,which combines advanced video recognition technology with TWO-DIMENSIONAL code label,and manages the tool intelligently based on computer information management software.At the same time,in order to better adapt to the complex aviation and other harsh environments,the parametric structure analysis of the system cabinet was carried out.
