摘要
文章主要介绍了制硝装置以西门子PLC为控制核心的控制系统。上位机控制系统软件采用WinCC操作系统,使生产过程中的参数得以实时显示及操作。文章着重介绍了控制系统的实现方式和控制策略以及设备选型,经过长期稳定运行效果显著,具有很好的借鉴意义和推广价值。
