摘要
为探究温度胁迫对广义虾脊兰属植物光合特性的影响,以淡红离翅兰、银带虾脊兰、三褶虾脊兰及长距虾脊兰为材料,测定并分析其在低温胁迫(10℃)、室温(25℃,CK)和高温胁迫(35℃)下的叶片光合参数。结果表明:相比于室温,低温胁迫下此4种植物的最大净光合速率(P nmax)、光饱和点(LSP)、气孔导度(G s)与蒸腾速率(T r)均显著降低,光补偿点(LCP)与暗呼吸速率(R d)则无变化。高温胁迫下,淡红离翅兰与银带虾脊兰的P nmax明显降低,LCP、G s与T r均显著升高,LSP无变化,其中淡红离翅兰的R d无变化,银带虾脊兰的R d显著升高;三褶虾脊兰的P nmax与R d均无变化,LSP、G s显著降低,LCP、T r显著升高;长距虾脊兰的P nmax、LSP、G s与T r显著降低,LCP与R d无变化。低温胁迫降低了此4种植物的光合能力,使植株更易出现光抑制。高温胁迫使得除长距虾脊兰外的3种虾脊兰属植物对弱光的利用能力降低,长距虾脊兰在高温下仍具有较强的弱光利用能力。
To explore the effects of temperature stress on the photosynthetic characteristics of Calanthe s.l.,photosynthetic parameters of Preptanthe rubens,Calanthe argenteostriata,Calanthe triplicata,and Calanthe sylvatica were measured and analyzed under low temperature stress(10℃),room temperature(25℃),and high temperature stress(35℃).The results showed that the maximum net photosynthetic rate(P nmax),light saturation point(LSP),stomatal conductance(G s),and transpiration rate(T r)of these four species under low temperature stress were significantly reduced in comparison with those under room temperature conditions,whereas there was no change in the light compensation point(LCP)and dark breathing rate(R d).Under high temperature stress,the P nmax of Preptanthe rubens and Calanthe argenteostriata decreased significantly,the LCP,G s,and T r increased significantly,and the LSP did not change significantly.The R d of Preptanthe rubens did not change,but the R d of Calanthe argenteostriata increased significantly.Meanwhile,the P nmax and R d of Calanthe triplicata did not change,LSP and G s were significantly reduced,and LCP and T r were significantly increased.In addition,the P nmax,LSP,G s,and T r of Calanthe sylvatica were significantly reduced,while LCP and R d remained unchanged.The results showed that low temperature stress reduced the photosynthetic capacity of these four species,making the plants more prone to photoinhibition.Under high temperature stress,light utilization in low light of three species of Calanthe s.l.,except for Calanthe sylvatica,was reduced.The results showed that Calanthe sylvatica retained strong weak-light utilization ability under high temperature.
