摘要
对制革行业定义和运行情况进行了概述,介绍制革工艺中的主要工段,阐述了制革行业面临的环保问题;明确了清洁生产的概念及意义,总结清洁生产研究进展情况;围绕制革工艺、制革材料和制革废弃物处理等技术,分析技术原理,对比工艺效果,并列举近期相关技术的研究进展。指出当前制革工艺和化工材料清洁化的必要性和迫切性,并提出了今后开展研究的方向,为推进制革产业清洁化研究提供参考。
An overview of the definition and operation of the tanning industry was summarized,the main sections of the tanning process were introduced,and the environmental issues facing the tanning industry were explained.The concept and significance of cleaner production were clarified and the progress of cleaner production research was proposed.The technical principles,comparing technological effects,and enumerating recent research progress in related technologies were analyzed focusing on tanning technology,tanning materials and tanning waste treatment technologies.It is pointed out that the necessity and urgency of cleaning the current tanning technology and chemical materials.The research direction in the future to provide a reference for promoting the clean research of the leather industry was put forward.
