基于数据库动物实验数据评价S-亚硝基谷胱甘肽治疗鼠大脑中动脉闭塞效果 被引量:1

Effect of S-nitrosoglutathione in treatment of middle cerebral artery occlusion rats based on animal experiment data

摘要 目的基于数据库的动物实验数据系统评价S-亚硝基谷胱甘肽(GSNO)治疗鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)的效果。方法以S-Nitrosoglutathione、GSNO、stroke、middle cerebral artery occlusion、MCAO、animal disease models,以及S-亚硝基谷胱甘肽、GSNO、脑卒中、大脑中动脉闭塞、缺血再灌注、动物疾病模型等中、英文检索词,计算机检索美国国立医学图书馆生物医学信息检索系统(Pub Med)、荷兰医学文摘(EMBASE/SCOPUS)、Cochrane图书馆,以及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)、万方数据库等数据库发表的关于GSNO治疗MCAO模型的随机对照动物实验,检索时间为1990年1月1日至2020年3月1日。采用脑卒中治疗专业学术圆桌会议(STAIR)和Stata 16.0统计软件进行文献质量评价,采用Meta分析GSNO治疗鼠大脑中动脉闭塞的效果。结果共获得1875篇中英文文献,经剔除重复和不符合纳入标准者,最终纳入7项动物实验共计113只大脑中动脉闭塞模型鼠[实验组63只(给予GSNO)、对照组(常规饮食)50只]。与对照组相比,实验组模型鼠神经功能(Bederson评分)改善(SMD=-1.58;95%CI:-2.23^-0.93;P=0.00),而脑梗死率、脑梗死灶体积组间差异无统计学意义。结论GSNO可有效改善大脑中动脉闭塞模型鼠的神经功能。 Objective To systematically review the efficacy of S-nitrosoglutathione(GSNO)in treatment of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)rats based on the animal experiment data from databases.Methods We searched the databases such as PubM ed,EMBASE/SCOPUS,the Cochrane library,CBM,CNKI,and Wanfang Data using the following keywords S-nitrosoglutathione,GSNO,stroke,MCAO and animal disease models both in English and Chinese as the search terms to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of GSNO treating MCAO animal models from January 1,1990 to March1,2020.Stroke Therapy Academic Industry Roundtable(STAIR)score was used to assess the quality of literatures,and Meta analysis was performed by using Stata 16.0 software.Results Of 1875 articles identified,a total of 7 RCTs involving121 middle cerebral artery occlusion rats[71 in the experimental group(GSNO)and 50 in the control group(regular diet)]were included after eliminating duplicates and non-compliance criteria.Compared with the control group,the neural function(Bederson score)of the model rats in the experimental group improved(SMD=-1.58,95%CI:-2.23 to-0.93;P=0.00),but there was no statistically significant significance in the cerebral infarction rate or cerebral infarction volume.Conclusion GSNO could effectively improve the nerve function of neurological function model rats.
