摘要
目的:探讨乳腺良性病变中超声引导下安珂系统的临床应用。方法:回顾性选取2018-01~2020-01我院乳腺外科乳腺良性病变患者100例,依据手术方法分为常规性手术组(n=50)和超声引导下安珂微创旋切系统组(安珂系统组,n=50)两组,统计分析两组患者的手术切除情况、术后并发症发生情况、满意度。结果:安珂系统组患者的手术完全切除率96.0%(48/50)显著高于常规性手术组82.0%(41/50)(P<0.05),部分切除率4.0%(2/50)显著低于常规性手术组18.0%(9/50)(P<0.05)。在术后并发症发生率方面,安珂系统组为4.0%(2/50),常规性手术组为12.0%(6/50),前者显著低于后者(P<0.05)。安珂系统组患者的手术效果、美容效果、总满意度评分均显著高于常规性手术组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺良性病变中超声引导下安珂系统的临床应用效果较常规性手术好。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of anke system guided by ultrasound in benign breast lesions.Methods:A retrospective selection between January 2018 and January 2020 the first affiliated hospital of henan university of TCM,100 patients with mammary gland surgical breast benign lesions,according to the different surgical methods are divided into conventional surgery group of 50 cases and under the guidance of ultrasound encor minimally invasive rotary cutting systems group(group encor system)50 cases,statistical analysis of two groups of patients with surgical resection,postoperative complications,and satisfaction.Results:The total resection rate of 96.0%(48/50)in anke group was significantly higher than 82.0%(41/50)in the conventional surgery group,and the partial resection rate of 4.0%(2/50)was significantly lower than 18.0%(9/50)in the conventional surgery group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the Anke system group was significantly lower than that in the conventional surgery group 4.0%(2/50),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical effect,cosmetic effect and total satisfaction scores of patients in anke system group were significantly higher than those in routine surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anke system guided by ultrasound is better than conventional surgery in the clinical application of benign breast lesions.
