摘要
该文总结了1例小儿高空坠落导致多发伤的急救经验。主要通过做好入院时的急救评估、监测生命体征、紧急扩容、对肺出血进行机械通气、对破裂的脾脏进行介入治疗,住院期间做好内脏出血的观察、加强各骨折部位护理以及外伤患儿的心理护理。
A first-come experience of a child with multiple injuries caused by falling from a high altitude was summarized.Mainly through the first-aid assessment at admission,monitoring vital signs,emergency expansion,mechanical ventilation of pulmonary hemorrhage,interventional treatment of ruptured spleen,observation of visceral bleeding during hospitalization,strengthening of care of various fracture sites and traumatic children Psychological care.
