摘要
目的:探讨手术室护理对于预防腹腔镜结直肠癌术中低体温的临床疗效。方法:选取来医院接受手术治疗的100例结直肠癌患者,分对照组和观察组,观察鼻咽温度、手术相关指标、护理满意度的组间差异。结果:两组患者在开始接受麻醉时鼻咽温度组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在手术进行30 min及手术结束后,观察组患者的温度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间、肠道恢复时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将手术室护理应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中可有效降低患者出现低体温情况,提升患者的护理满意度,缩短患者手术时间、肠道恢复时间及住院时间,具有较好的临床推广应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of operating room nursing for preventing hypothermia during laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:100 patients with colorectal cancer for surgical treatment were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The differences of nasopharyngeal temperature,surgery-related indicators,and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in nasopharyngeal temperature between the two groups at the beginning of anesthesia(P>0.05);the temperature of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 30 minutes after the operation and after the operation(P<0.05).The operation time,bowel recovery time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of operating room nursing in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery can effectively reduce the patient's hypothermia,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,and shorten the patient's operation time,bowel recovery time and hospital stay.It has a good clinical application value.
