摘要
指出了土壤是人类赖以生存的宝贵资源,耕作层是耕地资源的核心,是农业生产的载体,也是重要的生态资源,关乎国家粮食安全和可持续发展。通过对广东省垦造水田项目耕作层剥离利用过程中成本高、缺少相关制度和统一技术规范、回填后有机碳库降低及资源信息共享不畅等问题进行研究,提出了相应的建议,以期为广东省垦造水田等涉及耕层剥离利用等相关工作的顺利开展提供参考。
Soil is a precious resource for human survival.Cultivated layer is the core of arable land resources.As the main growth environment of crops,it is not only a basic resource related to national food security,but also an important ecological resource related to the survival and continuity of the nation.Cultivated layer stripping and utilization are frequently used in land reclamation in mining areas,ecological restoration,highways and other construction projects.However,there is very little research on the stripping and utilization of arable soil in the paddy field project in Guangdong Province.This paper mainly analyzes the problems such as the lack of resources and high cost in the process of stripping and utilization of the farming layer of the paddy field project in Guangdong Province,lack of relevant systems and unified technical specifications,reduction of organic carbon pool after backfilling and poor resource information sharing,etc.The corresponding suggestions are expected to provide reference for the subsequent smooth implementation of land reclamation projects involving the stripping and utilization of cultivated layers,such as paddy fields in Guangdong Province.
