摘要
高中阶段是一个人成长的关键时期,与高中学生朝夕相处的班主任在其成长中起着重要作用:不仅肩负着提高学生学习成绩的重任,还肩负着培养新时代社会主义的建设者、接班人的重大责任。因此,班主任在班级工作中要有正确的教育理念和意识,尤其要重视生命教育意识、民主法治意识、沟通交流意识和终身学习意识。
Senior high school stage is a critical period of students’growth.As a home teacher who gets along with students day and night,he plays an important role in their growth.He is not only responsiblefor improving students’academic performance,but also responsible for cultivating builders and successors of socialism in the new era.Therefore,the home teacher should have the correct education idea and consciousness in his class work,especially in the consciousness of life education,democracy and rule of law,communication,and lifelong learning.
