摘要
选取两种有代表性机制砂,1#湿法生产水洗机制砂和2#干法生产机制砂,进行混凝土试验。保水型聚羧酸母液与通用型减水聚羧酸母液的对比试验表明,保水型聚羧酸母液对两种机制砂产品有更好的适应性,不仅能够保证混凝土优异工作性能和力学性能,还能降低减水剂成本。
In this paper,two kinds of representative machine-made sand are selected for concrete test,1#by wet method and 2#by dry method.The comparison of water holding polycarboxylate mother liquor and water reducing polycarboxylate mother liquor shows that the water retaining polycarboxylate mother liquor has better adaptability to these two kinds of machine-made sand products,which can not only ensure the excellent working performance and mechanical properties of concrete,but also reduce the water reducing agent cost.
