摘要
构建中老两国命运共同体顺应了“一带一路”发展的需要,是“一带一路”倡议合作最直接、最现实的表现。目前,构建中老两国命运共同体具备了充分的条件:中老两国陆路相连,是传统的友好邻邦;中国共产党和老挝人民革命党同是社会主义政党,有深厚的政党友谊;中老两国经济上有很大的互补性,人文交流十分密切。所有这些都组成了构建中老两国命运共同体的重要条件,使中老两国关系得到长期稳定和日益充分的发展。
The construction of a China-Laos community with a shared future meets the needs of the Belt and Road development,and is the most direct and realistic manifestation of cooperation in the "Belt and Road Initiative". At present, there are sufficient conditions for building a China-Laos community with a shared future: China and Laos are connected by land and are traditional friendly neighbors;the Communist Party of China and the Lao People′ s Revolutionary Party are both socialist parties and have deep party friendship;China and Laos are highly complementary in economy, and people-to-people exchanges are very close. All of these constitute important conditions for building a China-Laos community with a shared future, so that the relationship between China and Laos will achieve long-term stability and increasingly full development.
