摘要
为实现滑行艇水动力优化设计过程中艇型的自动生成,提出一种曲线曲面自动生成的滑行艇参数化建模方法.以艇型关键特征点和型线角为设计基础,基于均匀B样条曲线和型线约束条件实现滑行艇龙骨线、弦线和舭缘线等关键型线的二维投影定义,采用等数弧长均分方式得到广义型值点,并结合贝塞尔曲线插值得到滑行艇三维曲线,对相邻三维曲线间进行B样条曲线插值和坐标变换得到广义站面.最后通过曲面放样法得到均匀B样条曲面片并对各站段进行插值,获得完整的放样曲面.利用该方法对带有防溅条的尖舭型、细长型和休闲型滑行艇进行编程绘制,均得到完整光顺的滑行艇曲面,证明了该设计方法的可行性.
To realize automatic generation of planing hulls in the hydrodynamic optimization design,the parametric modeling method towards planing hulls with automatic generation of curves and surfaces was proposed.Based on the key feature points and angles of hull line,the 2 D projection definitions of keel line,sheer lines and cheer lines were realized by the uniform B-spline method and constraint conditions of the hull lines.Then the generalized hull value points were obtained by equal arc length bisection method and the 3 D curves of model were obtained combining Bezier Curve interpolation.B-spline curves interpolation and coordinate transformation were performed between the adjacent 3 D curves to acquire the station surface.The entire surface was obtained by interpolating the uniform B-spline surface acquired by surface lofting method into each station section.Using this method,three different planing hulls with spray rails were programmed and drawn,which shows the design method is feasible,and the smooth planing hull surface can be obtained.
