基于SPH-FEM方法的新型抗冰结构动响应研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据舰船原型结构板架模型,提出了新型抗冰结构板架模型,采用冻结冰模拟冰体,对两种板架结构在相同冰体撞击下的结构动响应开展模型试验,并建立相应的光滑粒子流体动力学-有限元法(SPH-FEM)数值模型.通过对试验结果和数值仿真结果的对比分析,验证了提出的新型抗冰结构型式的抗冰效果,相同工况下结构最大变形数值计算结果与模型试验结果的最大偏差为8.65%,冰体最大撞击力数值计算结果与模型试验结果的最大偏差为5.11%,表明SPH-FEM数值仿真方法具有良好的工程适用性. According to the ship’s prototype structural slab model,a new ice-resistant structural slab model was proposed.The frozen ice was used to simulate the ice body.The model test was carried out on the dynamic response of two slab structures under the impact of the same ice body,and the corresponding smooth particle hydrodynamics-finite element method(SPH-FEM) numerical model was established.Through the comparative analysis of test results and numerical results,the anti-ice effect of the newly proposed type of ice-resistant structure was verified,under the same working conditions,the maximum deviation between the numerical calculation result of the maximum deformation of the structure and the model test result is 8.65%,and the maximum deviation between the numerical calculation result of the maximum ice impact force and the model test result is 5.11%,indicating that the engineering applicability of SPH-FEM numerical simulation method was verified.
