摘要
新时代,燃放烟花爆竹这一传统民俗文化生态位的缺失,引发了生态文明诉求与传统文化传承之间的矛盾与冲突。为实现两者协调发展,应致力以制度因素促使这一传统民俗文化生态型转向。首先,以湖州市全域"双禁"效果分析为例,借助结构功能主义理论揭示燃放烟花爆竹这一传统民俗文化所含因子的生态特征。其次,以制度外力强化路径依赖理论的变异机制,实现民俗文化浅层悖逆生态的外显结构的生态型改造,同时依靠传承机制赓续其深层涉及民族精髓的内隐结构和因子。最后,强调只有推行彰显利益相关各方博弈均衡结果的制度,才可能完成传统民俗文化的生态型改造。
In the new era,the lack of the traditional folk culture niche of setting off fireworks and firecrackers has triggered contradictions and conflicts between the demands of ecological civilization and the inheritance of traditional culture.In order to achieve the coordinated development of the two,efforts should be made to promote the ecological transformation of this traditional folk culture with institutional factors.Firstly,the ecological characteristics of factors contained in folkways culture are depicted through structural functionalism in the case of effect of"Double Prohibition"in Huzhou.Secondly,the superficial and external constructions of folkways culture are transformed into ecological ones with the aid of law,which strengthens the mutation mechanism in the path dependence theory;meanwhile its deep and inherent constructions are inherited relying on the inheritance mechanism.Finally,it is emphasized that ecological turn of folkways cultures can be achieved only by implementing the legislations from the results of trade-offs among the stakeholders.
